DOMAINE M&C LAPIERRE Morgon

The 2024 Morgon, which I tasted last year from barrel, comes with and without SO2. This is the latter. It has a lively nose with redcurrant and cranberry fruit, lilting in style, unpretentious. The palate is well balanced, with slightly rustic tannins, a keen line of acidity, bright brambly red fruit and a crisp chalky finish. Very fine.
