The Heaven Hill Heritage Collection 22-Year-Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey stands as the oldest and most prestigious release in the distillery's ultra-premium annual series since it debuted in 2022. Distilled across three separate runs in 2003, this rare expression was matured for over two decades on the upper floors of Rickhouse Y before being bottled at a blazing barrel proof of 129.2 (64.6% ABV) without chill-filtration. It represents an elite masterclass in extreme aging, showing how a high-proof bourbon can maintain its rich caramelized sweetness even after 22 years of heavy oak contact. 

Unlike mass-market bottles, the Heaven Hill Heritage Collection is designed specifically to highlight the absolute oldest stocks of the distillery's six historical American whiskey mashbills. Pulling 22-year-old barrels from warmer upper rickhouse floors is a massive gamble, as excessive heat can over-oak a spirit. Master Distiller Conor O’Driscoll curated this specific batch to prove that carefully managed, ultra-mature Kentucky bourbon can retain deep fruit and caramel character without tasting overwhelmingly like a dry stick.
