This is a blend of mostly Cabernet Sauvignon with smaller parts Cabernet Franc and Merlot. The Tua Rita 2022 Giusto di Notri reveals an especially creamy and rounded texture that adds to a lovely and long-lasting mouthfeel. There is nothing heavy about the wine, and indeed, this vintage actually feels more streamlined and even a tad shorter compared to other hot-vintage releases of the past. The wine's appearance is inky dark, and the bouquet shows layers of dark fruit, blackberry, spice and sweet earth.

The 2022 Giusto di Notri is a total extrovert. Super-ripe red cherry, plum, blood orange, cedar and pipe tobacco all race across the palate. The 2022 can be enjoyed now, but it will be better in a few years' time once some of the baby fat melts away.

Cherry, blackberry and black currant flavors highlight this elegant yet solidly tannic red. Cedar and olive notes, plus a hint of bell pepper, add detail on the chewy finish. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Drink now through 2030. 2,500 cases made, 300 cases imported.
