Blanton's Single Barrel Bourbon

Today's offer includes selections from the world renowned Blanton's collection! These are some of the most sought after bourbon's on the market. With that being said, these aren't just your regular everyday Blanton's, almost all of them are difficult to obtain, discontinued, or one-off releases.

Produced by Buffalo Trace, Blanton's claims to be the original single barrel bourbon. It utilizes the company's Mash Bill #2, which is their higher rye recipe. For reference, Blanton's, Elmer T. Lee, and Rock Hill Farms are all made from Mash Bill #2. Eagle Rare, E.H. Taylor, and Stagg are brands which utilize Mash Bill #1, which is their lower rye recipe. What differentiates Blanton's is that every barrel and bottle originates from Warehouse H, which was Colonel Albert Blanton's favorite warehouse (for whom this bourbon is named after).

Blanton's Single Barrel is a US staple and easily one of the most popular selections from the Buffalo Trace line-up. The single barrel is aged for a minimum of 6 years and bottled at 93 proof.

Blanton's Special Reserve is an 80 proof offering that is perfect for beginning bourbon drinkers or those who prefer their bourbon neat. 80 proof is about as low as it gets for bourbon, so this is suited for easy sipping.

Blanton's Silver is the rarest of the bunch, as it was a duty-free only release that has been discontinued for the better part of a decade.

Blanton's Gold...I can't really say enough about Blanton's Gold. Bottled at 103 proof, versus 93 proof for the "standard" Blanton's, it's amazing what 10 extra proof can do...

Blanton's Straight from the Barrel is Gold's bigger and heavier hitting brother. Bottled at cask strength, unfiltered, and uncut, Straight from the Barrel is an explosion of power and flavor!

Blanton's Black is similar to the Special Reserve, except that it is exclusive to the Japanese market. Barrel Strength and/or high proof whiskeys are not as widespread in Japan, so this 80 proof offering fits the bill. Definitely a rarer selection to obtain!

Blanton's Takara is another Japanese only release. This one is more similar to the Single barrel being bottled at 93 proof. The major difference is that it aged for a minimum of 8 years compared to the 6 that the Single barrel is aged for.

"Chronicles" Limited Edition Series is bottled exclusively for La Maison du Whisky in Paris, France. Barrel #884 and #885 are bottled at 55% ABV and are both hand-selected barrels by the retailer that put the Blanton's brand on the map in Europe!

Blanton's Golden Promise is a hand-selected barrel bottle for The Golden Promise Whisky Bar in Paris, France. This is La Maison's first whisky bar and it is a destination to taste the rarest whiskys in the world. This is a very limited bottle with only 225 bottled at 103 proof!
